The will lists wife Margaret, sons Robert and William, daughter Katherine, and step-son John Spicer and step-daughter Agnes Spicer, brother Nicholas Tayler alias Parish. After William's death, his son William tried to cheat the elder son Robert by claiming that he hadn't received his £20 legacy from his father's will.
