Samuell Stockwell was born in about 1640 of Dursley, Gloucestershire, England, the son of John Stockwell. He married Elizabeth in April 1664 in Dursley. Samuell was buried in 1699 in Dursley, and Elizabeth was buried 2 October 1671 in Dursley. Samuell and Elizabeth had the following child:
 

1. Elizabeth, christened 6 February 1665 in Dursley.

John Stockwell was born in about 1600 of Dursley. He was buried in March 1669 in Dursley. John had the following children:
 

1. Anna, christened 31 January 1623 in Dursley.
 

2. Anna, christened March 1629 in Dursley.
 

3. Samuell, born in about 1640 of Dursley; married Elizabeth.
